I'll start with the pros of this piece of wonderful art from you. I have to admit, the girl is really cute! Your coloring in this one doesn't seem awkward and the shading is smooth, especially the hair shading. Even with her busty figure, she looks really cute!

Cons: Don't use a god-forsaken white background. It bugs the hell out of people sometimes, even myself. Maybe a gradient background or a transparent one would do nicely for this.

Second: One word, Anatomy. Her arms are too skinny. Her forearm is fine, slightly thick but it's fine but the biceps part down to the elbow of her limb is just too thin.

Overall, I enjoyed the picture still. ^_^
